SARCS is an easy to use administration and report card system designed for small and mid-sized charter, choice and parochial schools. The program was developed in 2000 for the Marva Collins Preparatory School in Wisconsin. Using SARCS you can:.

SARCS primary features include:

• Maintain student records over multiple years including demographics, contact information, immunizations, attendance history, academic grades, GPAs, payment history and more

• Take attendance with wand or Palm scanners for day attendance, breakfast, lunch or extended day programs using bar-coded rosters or photo IDs.


• Design custom report cards for individual grade levels according to your school's current curriculum.
• Generate over 20 reports with more reports available through the Custom Report Generator; (customized programming by Cayen Systems is also available)
• Generate invoices for students and households including meals, extended day programs, activity fees, tuition, etc. and maintains a student payment history.
• Import/Export individual teachers' students to and from a network location or to a diskette for entry of students' grades at any computer that has Microsoft Access.
• Use flexible values that can be changed by the user for nearly all variables used by drop down menu choices.
• Powered by Microsoft Access allowing complete access to all data tables for "behind-the-scenes" analysis by Access "power users".
