Database Solutions

Our client/network and web-based software database solutions greatly simplify data management for school day, after school program, and non-profit administrators. Using Cayen Systems' software, administrators and educators save time, better organize resources, readily access accurate and complete information, reduce data-related redundancies, and streamline data collection and management tasks.

• Academics Plus -- a web-based, centralized tracking and reporting database solution for managing 21st Century, Gear Up and other after/outside school programs at the state, grantee and site levels



• Supplemental Services Tracker (SST) -- a web-based, centralized database solution for monitoring NCLB Supplemental Services activity data. Available as "stand-alone" or as optional integrated Academics Plus! Module

The following software programs are all client/network database applications based on Microsoft Access:

• After School Attendance Program (ASAP) - tracks student/adult participant attendance, and academic records for any out-of-school-time (after school) program



• ClubsCount -- participant tracking system for youth-membership programs including Boys & Girls Clubs and YMCAs



• GEAR UP Management System -- enhance evaluation and reporting at single or multiple GEAR UP sites for state and partnership grants



• NPO Manager -- a contact management and attendance system built specifically for non-profits



• School Administration and Report Card System (SARCS) -- comprehensive student information, report card and tuition management system designed for individual private and charter schools
