Ben Hinkle-Wszalek
Client Services Manager
Ben Hinkle-Wszalek has held a number of roles as a member of the Client Services Team
since 2001. He currently leads Cayen Systems' Client Implementation, Training, Support
and Data activities as the Client Services Manager. As part of a company-wide quality
assurance initiative, Ben utilizes his extensive product and client knowledge to maintain
the effectiveness of our support and training services and curriculum. Ben graduated from
University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. With his detailed
understanding of Client Implementation, Ben is often assigned as Project Manager to ensure
client expectations are met and/or exceeded …Every Step of the Way.
Amelia Bartell
Client Care Partner
Amelia Bartell focuses her efforts on providing excellent customer service to her clients,
helping schools and organizations incorporate technology effectively and efficiently and
learning as much as she can about clients’ concerns and successes. With her background in
education and five years of experience in the classroom, Amelia is able to understand client
challenges and assist them in terminology the client will understand. Her experience in assessment,
project management, instructional design and customer service contributes toward her appreciation
for clients’ responsibilities in addition to their academic focus ….Every Step of the Way.
Amy Krueger
Client Care Services Coordinator
Amy Krueger enjoys helping clients through their concerns with the end result of satisfaction and smiles.
With 12 years of customer service experience, she is a member of the Client Care team and provides
above-expected assistance to our clients. Amy’s main focus is solving issues as our clients learn
and use Cayen software to track their programs. She has a strong understanding that performing her
job successfully allows our clients to perform their jobs successfully too….Every Step of the Way.
Javier Dorantes
Client Care Partner
Javier Dorantes joined Cayen Systems in 2010 and commits bilingually toward client communication,
speaking both English and Spanish. As a computer engineer, he has an extensive background and international
experience in regards to hosting technical trainings and providing technical support within a range of
settings in the private and the public sectors. Javier’s highly-attentive customer service, reassuring
professional style and ability to connect with Cayen Systems’ clients make him a successful contributor

Karen Thomas
Client Care Partner
Karen Thomas has been with Cayen Systems since 2006 and is a seasoned leader with the ability to
facilitate classes across diverse user levels and backgrounds. Karen's background in After School
program management and her proficiency across all Cayen Systems' applications has proven to be a
strong asset in providing best practice solutions during client consultations. Karen is a graduate
of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds a B.S. in Mass Communication. Using her exceptional
communication skills, she thoroughly engages our client audience in an informative and practical learning

Kasandra Robbins
Client Care Partner
Kasandra started at Cayen Systems as a support representative in 2008. She is now a Client Care Partner,
educating and servicing her clients on their current software applications and making their tracking
and reporting run as efficiently as possible. Kasandra understands that solutions to client concerns
are top priority. She enjoys representing Cayen Systems in a sector that provides assistance to the people
whose focus is providing students the tools they need to excel in education. Kasandra’s experience has been
in child development, business management and customer service which is the perfect blend and allows her to
