Lynn Russo
Business Development Director
Lynn has been a driving force in creating a company-wide standard of customer service
excellence. In her role as Business Development Director, Lynn utilizes her expertise as a
Client Services Specialist and Needs Assessment Analyst. With over 25 years of customer
service and relational database management experience, Lynn brings a contagious
enthusiasm for achieving client satisfaction and works tirelessly to ensure that the Cayen
Systems' clients’ experience is positive and effective….Every Step of the Way.
Karen Thomas
Technical Support Engineer
Karen Thomas has been part of Cayen Systems since 2006 and is a seasoned leader
with the ability to facilitate classes across diverse user levels and backgrounds.
Using her exceptional communication skills, she thoroughly engages her training
audience in an informative and practical learning environment. Karen's background
in After School program management and her proficiency across all Cayen Systems'
applications has proven to be a strong asset in providing best practice solutions
during client consultations. Karen is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
and holds a B.S. in Mass Communication.
Ben Hinkle-Wszalek
Client Services Manager
Ben Hinkle-Wszalek has held various roles as a member of the Client Services Team
since 2001. He currently leads Cayen Systems' Client Implementation, Training,
Support, and Data activities as the Client Services Manager. As part of a company wide quality assurance
initiative, Ben has been using his extensive knowledge of our products and client
base to work closely with the management team and improve the effectiveness of our
training services and curriculum. Ben graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison
with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
