Ben Hinkle-Wszalek has held various roles as a key member of the Client Services Team since 2001. He currently leads Cayen Systems' Client Implementation, Training, Support, and Data activities as the Client Services Manager. Ben utilizes his extensive product and client knowledge to maintain the effectiveness of our support and training services and curriculum. Ben graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. With his detailed oversight of Client Implementation, Ben is often assigned as Project Manager to ensure client expectations are met and/or exceeded…..Every Step of the Way.
