CONTINUAL PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM
CPIS* is a web based data system created to facilitate your program's continuous
improvement efforts. Using rubrics to structure the details of your program, CPIS
helps you rate performance in each defined area, support the ratings with uploaded
documented evidence, and set goals to periodically repeat the self-assessment.
* CPIS was originally developed in partnership with NCEA for use with the NCEA Continuous
Improvement Process for After School (CIPAS).
SES PROVIDER NATIONAL DATABANK
SPND is a free national databank of shared information
from state level Supplemental Education Services Directors that assists in the application
and qualification process of SES providers. It is accessible to state SES Directors
as a tool for tracking providers who have been removed as service providers in any
