Cayen AfterSchool 21 is the ultimate tool for 21st CLCC APR compliance. Version 101 includes: the ability to track attendance by means of barcode, biometric finger scanning or manually, student registration, activity/session setup, daily, weekly, and monthly rosters, as well as a variety of reports including ASES/TEA.
Version 201 includes: all features of Versions 101 plus student data importing; data capture for demographics, grades and test scores, and staff attendance; funding source/contribution tracking; Search tool with Excel data export capabilities; user defined fields; photo ID cards; SurveyMaker module; and quick entry features.
